BajaMate stands behind the quality of its products while recognizing that material selection, installation, pool chemistry, care, and intended use directly affect performance and service life.
What This Limited Warranty Covers.
BajaMate warrants to the original purchaser that covered BajaMate products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date when the products are properly selected, installed, used, maintained, and stored in accordance with BajaMate instructions.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BajaMate or from an authorized BajaMate dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase may be required.
Coverage is limited to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic aging, improper installation, misuse, neglect, damage caused by pool chemistry, or use outside the product’s intended application.
Products Included in This Warranty.
Unless a product page or written product document states otherwise, this limited warranty applies to BajaMate-branded sleeves, adapters, tabletops, structural accessories, and related components.
Umbrellas, solar equipment, fabric, electronics, motors, batteries, lighting components, and products manufactured by third parties may be subject to separate warranty terms or the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Custom-made products remain covered against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, but custom dimensions, finishes, colors, configurations, or customer-approved specifications are not considered defects.
Select the Right Material for the Installation.
BajaMate stainless steel and aluminum products are designed for different installation environments. Using a product outside its intended environment may cause corrosion, finish damage, staining, or premature deterioration that is not covered by this warranty.
316 Stainless Steel
Marine-grade 316 stainless steel components are designed for permanent in-pool installation and may also be installed on decks, patios, hardscape, and landscapes. In-pool use requires properly balanced chlorinated or saltwater pool chemistry and routine cleaning and inspection.
Aluminum
BajaMate aluminum components are intended primarily for decks, patios, hardscape, landscapes, and other dry-side locations. Aluminum adapters or components exposed to pool water should be removed, rinsed with fresh water, and dried after use. Aluminum is not intended for permanent underwater installation.
Damage caused by unbalanced pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels, excessive salt, shock treatment, improper grounding or bonding, galvanic interaction, or other chemical or electrical conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Repair or Replacement of Covered Products.

Replacement products or components may differ in color, finish, design, dimensions, or availability when the original item has been revised or discontinued.
