The BajaMate Foundation Stainless Pool Umbrella Sleeve is designed for permanent installation in Baja shelves, sun shelves, tanning ledges, and other submerged pool locations. The aluminum sleeve is intended for dry-side installations.

Can stainless steel also be installed on land?

Yes. Marine-grade 316 stainless steel is also a premium choice for pool decks, patios, pavers, hardscape, and landscape installations.

Do umbrellas fit directly into the Foundation sleeve?

Foundation sleeves are designed to receive a BajaMate Anchor adapter, creating a secure connection for oversized umbrellas, BajaMate tabletops, and compatible accessories. While some smaller umbrella poles may fit directly into a standard pool sleeve, larger umbrellas typically require an adapter for proper fit, height, and support.

Can a Foundation sleeve replace a plastic umbrella sleeve?

Foundation sleeves can replace builder-grade plastic sleeves during new construction or renovation. The existing opening, surrounding material, and installation dimensions should be verified before replacement.
